The Tin Cup Tournament began in 2002 as a tribute to Jennifer Stephenson Dilisio, who passed away in that year from pancreatic cancer. Engaging my daughters, Mary Kathryn and Julie, to honor their mother with this memorable event, the annual tournament has grown in participation and donations year after year while bringing family and friends together to raise funds for the American Cancer Society.

 

We are thrilled that we have donated over $250,000 for the American Cancer Society to date. However, the event provides many other priceless benefits as well including the reunion of family and friends from across the country, forming of new relationships, family fun for all, and the opportunity to participate in an event that really makes a difference.

 

The success of the Tin Cup is only possible with kind and generous donations, sponsorships and many dedicated volunteers who give their time and talent to the Tin Cup every year. Mary Kathryn, Julie and I are humbled, very grateful and appreciative of all who will make the 21st Annual Tournament a great achievement.
